Envisioned to address all questions, concerns and even complaints from clients and the public-at-large, the Family First Action Hotline is manned by skilled and experienced Customer Care Consultants who ---because of their long exposure to the company’s systems and procedures --- would know best how to handle the concern and what department to refer it to, so that it is acted upon at the soonest possible time and with the least inconvenience on the part of the inquiring party.

The Action Center Hotline is a number dedicated solely to questions and concerns from the public. It has been recently implemented by the company as part of its continuing “OPERATION CUSTOMER DELIGHT.”
