Felipe R. Diego, President of Berkley International Philippines, Inc. (BIP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of US-based Berkley International, LLC, announces the promotion of Everlene O. Lee as Human Resources Manager. Starting out in 2000 as a Human Resources Assistant for Family First, Inc. (FFI), another Berkley subsidiary and official distributor of Berkley International Plans, Lee moved up the corporate ladder in record speed. A Behavioral Studies major, Lee graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines, Manila. Other achievements centered on her participation in local and international debate competitions. As HR Manager, Lee is tasked with ensuring that HR services bring utmost satisfaction to all Berkley and FFI employees, leading to increased productivity, responsiveness and a high morale that, in the end, will pave the way for improved service standards to benefit all customers.
