"BERKLEY, MD FINANCIAL GROUP INK MOA"

Berkley International Life Insurance Co., Inc. (BIL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkley International, Philippines, Inc. (BIP), and MD Financial Group, one of the country's biggest insurance brokerage companies, recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) at the BIP offices located at the Enterprise Center in Makati City. The partnership authorizes MD Financial Group to distribute life insurance products to be provided by BIL.

BIL was licensed with the Insurance Commission to develop and sell a full range of insurance products for the individual and corporate markets. Its alliance with MD Financial Group is to further cover the expanding market in need of life insurance in the country.
