"BERKLEY, PERMANENT PLANS INK MOA"

Berkley International Life Insurance Co., Inc. (BIL) and Permanent Plans, Inc. recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) at the Permanent Plans Headquarters located at the Madrigal Building in Makati. The partnership authorizes Permanent Plans to distribute life insurance products to be provided by Berkley Life. Berkley Life is licensed with the Insurance Commission to develop and sell a full range of insurance products for the individual and corporate markets. Berkley’s alliance with Permanent Plans is to further cover the expanding market in need of life insurance in the country.
