"SEC DIRECTOR MEETS BERKLEY'S NEW PRESIDENT"

Berkley officials recently paid a courtesy call to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Director for Non-Traditional Securities and Instruments Department Atty. Emilio B. Aquino. The meeting was arranged to formally introduce Mr. Luie C. Dy Buncio (2nd from left) as newly-appointed President for the multinational’s Philippine operations which includes Berkley International Life, Berkley International Plans and Family First, Inc. Mr. Dy Buncio was joined by Mr. Fernando C. Urquiza, President of Berkley International LLC, and Mr. Felipe Diego, Chairman of Berkley International Philippines, Inc. Together, they briefed Director Aquino and his Assistant Directors about the pre-need plan company’s expansion plans in the country.
