GERALDINE PASCUAL-CORTEZ as Training Manager. Finishing her Masters in Business Administration from the De La Salle University, Ms. Cortez has earned vast experience from some of the top corporations in the country. Her most recent posting prior to her new appointment was as Regional Manager and Sector Head of a leading pre-need company. As Training Manager, Ms. Cortez is tasked with identifying training needs and developing, designing and evaluating training programs for the company’s sales and marketing force. With the company’s thrust towards total customer delight, Ms. Cortez is also expected to infuse the training program with new strategies and tools to further enhance employees’ thinking and behavior so that they support the company’s vision.
