Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairperson Atty. Fe B. Barin. Berkley/Family
First has established a progressive partnership with SEC as the pre-need industry
regulator. This mutual alliance has grown throughout the years with credibility
and sincerity as the primary focus of both entities. In the meeting, Mr. Rafe
presented the financial strength of Berkley/Family First and its growth and
expansion plans, particularly, the establishment of six new branches in the
next few years including one in Cebu.
