Berkley/Family First recently brought its top performers from the sales, marketing and customer service departments to a 3-day, 2-night trip to Asia’s shopping hub, Hongkong. In line with its motivational program called Hanep Sa Trip, Berkley/Family First has scheduled a number of foreign trips, complete with pocket money, as additional incentive for its top producers. Hanep sa Trip aims to give the outstanding production people a break from the usual work grind, enabling them to re-charge and continue performing above par. The unique incentive program also includes local trips to various destinations in the archipelago as well as mini-trips and day tours to select tourist favorites. More than being morale boosters, the trips are much-deserved rewards for the top employees who are responsible for consistently putting Berkley/Family First among the Top 5 of the educational plan sector of the pre-need industry in terms of new business. To date, Berkley International Plans holds the record of being the first and only pre-need firm which has obtained a rating of Aplus for three consecutive years from the Philippine Rating Services Corporation, the local affiliate of Standard and Poor’s.
