The joint venture aims to provide Berkley/Family First planholders an affordable and comprehensive quality health care program. All qualified Family First Future Provider Planholders could avail of the HMO Protector Plan for a reasonable cost. Other than the total package plan, which has two options to choose from, the Berkley/Family First HMO Protector Plan also provides value- added services such as preventive care through administration of routine immunization excluding cost of vaccine and wellness programs including monitoring of health problems with diagnostic procedures prescribed by the accredited physician, plus health habits and family planning counseling.
