Berkley International Philippines, Inc., which cornered more than 50% of the total market share for the sale of new educational plans in 2006, recently honored the outstanding employees who made it possible. The awardees were chosen from close to seven hundred employees of its subsidiaries Berkley Life, Plans and Family First, Inc. after rigid deliberations by management. The top employees were cited for their exemplary work attitude and behavior, consistent productivity and excellent leadership abilities. Berkley/Family First President, Mr. Alan Michael Rafe, said the prestigious Performance Awards are given annually and recipients are held in esteem as models not only of productive output but of exemplary behavior and deportment as well. The awardees were recently feted by the company to a special lunch in their honor at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
