Q: |
Where does your company get my name and address? How can they constantly send me letters wherever I am? |
| A: |
If you ate in a good restaurant, which had excellent food and great service, wouldn't you want to tell your friends about it? You would, wouldn't you? In the same way, all planowners are encouraged to share the benefits of the plan with their family and friends through a Referral Program. People who have learned about the merits of saving for the future are eager to tell us about other people who may also appreciate our company and products in the same way. This Referral Program is the main source of our growing database of over 2 million people within Metro Manila. Back

Q: |
Why do I have to go to your Sales Office if I want to get to know more aboutyour company? Other insurance companies have agents who visit me in my house or office. |
| A: |
We are an innovator in terms of marketing pre-need products. And "bringing the people to the product" is one distinguishing mark that sets us apart in the industry. Instead of developing a relationship with one single individual agent, we invite each client to come to any of our five spacious and comfortable offices, where he develops relationships within the establishment itself! The relationship is, therefore, not between a client and an agent but between the client and the stable, solid corporation that is! This way, the specific needs of the client can be immediately addressed by the concerned department, any time of the day, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week! Back

Q: |
Why does your company constantly run promos where they keep giving away grand prizes like house and lots, cars and cash prizes? How can they afford to have such promos like these? |
| A: |
Like any other corporation in any industry, a chunk of its budget is set aside for advertising. In our company, this budget is a huge one. However, instead of spending the budget on TV, radio or print advertising, like most other corporations, we spend it differently. We would rather have this budget go straight into your pockets -- those of you who have shared your time with us – in the form of minor and major prizes. You don't see us regularly on TV but you will surely feel our presence the next time you drive home a Honda car! Back

Q: |
Will I be pressured to buy? |
| A: |
No. When you come for a presentation you are under no obligation to buy anything. Your participation in the promotional give aways is not affected by your decision to buy or not to buy. In fact many of our major prize winners are not planholders. We cannot force anyone to do something that they do not want to do. However, having more money, ensuring your child's future education, making your dreams come true, having the peace of mind that comes from knowing that no matter what your family is financially secure are all highly desirable, worthwhile and noble things. If you can afford it then you deserve it and we would like you to have it. You are the one in control and you are the best judge of what is good for you, so there is no reason to feel pressured. To get a plan you will need to make a commitment on the day. However, we are not asking you to make a decision you have not already made. You already know how much you love your children, you've had all your life to decide what you want, we just show you a way you can get it. By getting a plan you are only saying yes to yourself and your family and that is good. Back

Q: |
What is a cash value account? |
| A: |
When you purchase a whole life or limited pay life policy, part of the premiums that you pay are invested for you by your life insurance company. These funds and the interest they earn are channeled back into a cash account which you can use as an emergency fund. The cash value account is a feature that makes a whole life policy the most robust life insurance policy. Back

Q: |
If I get a plan and change my mind can I get a refund? |
| A: |
No! The plans have termination values that are typical of the industry. It is normal for a plan to have zero termination value in the first year. One of the things that makes us unique is the fact that we issue your policy "on the spot". This means that both the planholder and the company are committed to the plan. Provided contributions are made as agreed your Maturity Benefit is guaranteed and associated benefits like the group credit life and accidental death benefit are instantly effective. All you need to do is be sure why you are taking the plan (and there are many worthwhile reasons why you should) and make sure you understand and can meet the contribution arrangement. That done, there is no good reason to deny yourself the benefits. All these details are fully explained prior to commencement of the plan. Back
