NEW HOUSE AND LOT, NEW LIFE!

“Wala pa akong napapanalunang ganito kalaking prize !”

These were the words uttered by planholder Adel Ramirez of Pasay City when he learned he had won a brand new house and lot in Berkley/Family First promo Bagong Bahay Bonanza.

“It was a typical day for me noong sumali ako sa raffle ,” he said. “The usual…magbabayad lang ako ng plan ko, tapos sumali lang ako doon sa raffle .”

Adel didn’t expect that after a few months, his name would be the one picked by none other than the company’s president Alan Michael Rafe.

“Tinawagan ako at ipinaalam sa akin. Hinintay ko pa nga ang sulat na ipapadala bago ako lubos naniwala na magkakaroon nga ako ng bagong bahay! Ganoon siguro talaga kapag nanalo ka ng malaking premyo. Para kasing panaginip lang sa simula e .” (They called me up and told me. I even waited for the letter just to be absolutely sure that I would really have a new house! I think it’s but normal if you win a big prize. It seemed like a dream at the start.)

When Adel was invited for the awarding of his new house, he brought with him his whole family. You could see in their faces the excitement and happiness. After all, it isn’t everyday that one gets a house and lot for FREE!

In his acceptance speech, Adel mentioned that he hasn’t won any prize, not even that of a consolation prize, in every raffle he has joined.

“Eto pala ang inaantay kong malaking panalo ! I was speechless when I won the Bagong Bahay Bonanza. It’s my first time to win something so big! I now feel secured for the rest of my life!”

After the awarding ceremonies, the Ramirez family went to their new house. As they moved from room to room, they were already plotting the furniture they would be buying for the house. It was wonderful to see how happy they were at seeing their new house.

It could be seen in the Ramirez’s how their dreams have indeed come true…and this was due to his joining the Family First promo. And just like Adel, you could also make your dreams come true. All you would need are two things: trust and belief.
