Partnering with one of the country's most extensive health care providers, MEDSERV, your pre-need company aims to provide you an affordable and comprehensive quality health care program. All qualified Family First Future Provider Planholders could avail of the HMO Protector Plan for a reasonable cost.

1. HMO Coverage (To be provided by Medserv)
Included benefits are:

1.1 In-patient hospitalization
1.2 Standard annual physical examination
1.3 Dental benefits
1.4 Outpatient Healthcare Benefits
1.5 Preventive Care
1.6 Modalities and Diagnostic Procedures (subject to limits)
1.7 Emergency Care Benefits

2. Burial Assistance Benefit (natural or accidental in nature)
Qualifications in availing the FFI HMO Protector Plan.

1. This product can only be sold to existing FFI Future Provider planholders aged 18-55 years old.
2. Provider plans and rider plans are active.
3. With a minimum of 5 units Provider Plan.

Other than the total package plan, which has two options to choose from, the FFI Medserv HMO Protector Plan also provides value-added services such as preventive care through administration of routine immunization, excluding cost of vaccine, and wellness programs including monitoring of health problems with diagnostic procedures prescribed by the accredited physician, plus health habits and family planning counseling. Other benefits include emergency care, dental benefits and other special diagnostic procedures.
