A
NEW PRESIDENT FOR BERKLEY AND FAMILY
FIRST
A
NEW PRESIDENT is slated to head the
Philippine operations of Berkley and Family
First. He is Mr. Alan Rafe from New Zealand.
We
at Berkley and Family First have always prided
ourselves in constantly effecting change for
the better. It is this seemingly burning yet
healthy desire for change, in fact, which has
made possible the many innovations the company
has implemented these past seven years
innovations that made it a trailblazer in the
industry and, more importantly, proved its willingness
to try out bold moves for the good of you, our
planowners.
A
great factor in the management of change is
the leadership behind it. The infusion of new
blood also injects an organization with a new
vitality that enables it to surge ahead and
achieve colossal goals.
It
is in this light that the incoming President
is regarded. While Mr. Rafe is not a total stranger
to our operations having previously been
Managing Director of FFI Hong Kong and having
worked as well for Berkley International where
he researched and strategized for expansion
of the Family First brand his experience
is international and vast.
While
still in New Zealand, Mr. Rafe worked for Prudential,
overseeing sales management and building a distribution
network that increased the companys sales
in Christchurch by 100% in four months, then
eventually doubled the companys sales
in New Zealands South Island in just six
months.
Mr.
Rafe was also once the Managing Director of
New Zealand Superannuation Services. With a
Master of Business Administration from Waikato
University and nearly twenty (20) years of financial
services experience, Mr. Rafe brings with him
a robust balance of knowledge and expertise
on one hand and familiarity and understanding
of our business on the other, a combination
that will ideally bring our company to new heights
not only in terms of securing your financial
investments but also in delivering improved
and better services to all of you.
For
all that it is worth, Mr. Rafe is bringing in
his family to the country, a gesture that may
only be construed as commitment not only to
his job but to the country that hosts the business.
It is a commitment to you all. With this, we
dare say, as we literally invoke in Tagalog,
Nasa mabuti kayong mga kamay.
