Mapping out the future with you in mind

TRUE TO OUR COMMITMENT of giving you the best service possible, Berkley and Family First management re-structured the company’s Vision-Mission-Values. This is to ensure that our goals are in synch with our customers’ expectations as well as their changing needs.

As the company determined where it will be in the future and how it will get there, your presence and importance became our central focus. We needed to ask ourselves the question: What do you, our customers, expect from us? What can we give you? How can we deliver efficiently? How can we improve to delight you even more?

For the past years, we have followed our Customer Delight credo as we endeavored to serve you to the best of our abilities. This time, we have formulated a more in-depth doctrine to go with it and which, we hope, all our employees will immediately integrate into their work.

Directed towards further improving our service through innovative approaches and simply making your lives a lot easier to live, our new Vision-Mission-Values will definitely give you peace of mind and an affirmation that you have indeed done the right thing by securing your future with us.
We know all too well that without your tremendous support and belief in us, this “formula for success” would not have been penned. Thus, as part of your family, we share with you our new Vision-Mission-Values.
