will FFI’s latest innovations benefit planholders?

no matter how unique or ambitious. Family First helps
parents secure a better future for their families,
now we’re bringing technology right into their homes.
Isn’t that great? Think of knowing the status of your
plans anytime of the day, any day of the year just
by visiting our website (www.myfamilyfirst.com). How
about the convenience of reading FFI news updates
online? That's not all, soon you can pay your premiums
online and get a confirmation of your payments electronically.
We
heard that you’ll soon be giving out free email and
internet access, could you tell us more about this?
That is correct! With everyone now wanting to be on
the internet, Family First will give our clients the
unique and valuable services of free email accounts.
How will these work? All existing planowners will
have their email accounts configured in our database.
We will send them instructions on how to use it. That’s
not all! Family First made a joint venture with Universe
Café, one of the leading internet cafes in the country.
FFI clients will be given 5 minutes per day of free
internet access and will get a discounted rate in
all Universe Café outlets any time, any day. It doesn’t
stop there. Universe Café will provide tutorials for
FFI clients absolutely FREE! All these we give exclusively
for the members of our Family First family.
How
can our OCW’s benefit from this? While securing
the future of their families abroad, our OCWs can
get in touch with their loved ones through email.
On top of this, they can monitor the status of their
plans just by going to our website. They can even
send their plan inquiry just by sending an email to
our customer service email hotline (mypolicy@myfamilyfirst.com)
and our customer care officers will get back to them
in a very short period of time. So, if there's anything
that our OCWs can best give to their families, it
is the Family First Future Provider Plan.
When
will these innovations take effect? On March 1,
2001 Family First, Inc. together with its hundred
